1. Jesus Christ said absolutely nothing of what you claim. He never said it is through prayer and fasting(abstinence) that you see first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. As a matter of fact, God instead said that He only answers the prayers of the righteous as the prayers of the unrighteous are an abomination to Him. So, no matter how long an unrighteous person prays, God will never answers. But as Jesus Christ instead said, if you first find the Kingdom of God (Holiness) and then find God's righteousness, then all other things, including answers to your prayers, will be added onto you. So, how does one go about seeking the Kingdom of God(Holiness) and God's righteousness? Well, Jesus Christ made clear that the only way is through continuous submission and obedience to His teachings and commandments, the Truth of God - John 8 vs 31 - 38

2. God does not answer the prayers of the unrighteous, neither does He answer prayers said according to the fashion of the hypocrites - Matthew 6 vs 6 - 15.
