Bah, 1stGenamerican said you confessed to something either to the police at that point of arrest and in court- WHAT WAS IT?

How again did the police know you purchased 6cars? ?

Sir 1stGenamerica is only playing a devils advocate, he doesnt have any knowledge on this case, the few documents he released here were documents that has been released by the court and its available on internet.......he was only showing nairalanders what is already available for everyone to see.

I have little or no time to respond to him, that is why I ignored him.

About the SUVs

It is true I bought 6 SUVs just days before my encounter with the police, the system here in america is like you will receive the TITLE COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, so when police was questioning me, I thought it was because I had no title, however Ihad nothing to hide to I told them about my mission in america and the mode of payment and even the dealership contact.......I provided all those information because it was honest transaction......

The question is what does the SUVs that I bought had to do with rape of minor

You said the key words: AFTER YOU WERE FOUND GUILTY.

Instead of planning to file an appeal, you accepted the guilty verdict and asked to be sent back to Nigeria. Those ARE NOT the actions of an innocent man.

YOU WERE COMFORTABLE AND DID NOT HESITATE TO RAPE THIS CHILD BECAUSE YOU FELT THAT SINCE YOU WERE NOT A CITIZEN AND ON A VISITORS VISA, IF CAUGHT INSTEAD OF HAVING TO STAND TRIAL AND GO TO JAIL, YOU WOULD JUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO NIGERIA.
Hi, you mean he said those words in red?

I am wondering what mentally stable person will recite such now.

How can you plead for leniency for the crime you didn't commit?

That is a pivotal question, i know miscarriage of justice do happen but this case is mind-blowing, he was not the one in CCTV, not his DNA, phone GPS did not pin him to the location, all 3 lawyers overlooked these facts and he got convicted?

I don't want to know his past records but this his sentencing looks somehow. He may have been accused wrongly and you have locked your heart to only believe the records you obtain from the same people who sentenced him. He challenged you here to show the evidence where signed an affidavit affirming to be the person in cctv video chasing down the victim the court provided, you haven't done that.
It's better to stop commenting than spoiling this guy's chance of getting justice(if he is innocent).

Please allow her comment. It's the essence of this thread. We are here for justice, right? These are the stepping stones to it.

These are irrelevant to the charges. He was not charged for theft, robbery or fraud, he was charged and sentenced for rape and assault of a minor. So I don't see what buying six suvs plus many other things in a space of two month visiting visa has to do with it.

It had. The detective, as said, included one of the SUVs he bought to the crime. So if he has just bought those SUVs, how then is his name attached to it? Plus, what has it to do with the case? Since there were detectives, they have already been on the job searching for the culprit. Why did they rope in a newly bought vehicle into the case in the initial stage only to refocus on rape later? Why did they invite Interpol? Interpol results proved negative...what did they do about it?

Sth is fishy!

I understand he was on a tourist visit to the states...so I felt that was why they stopped him for some checks.

How on earth will you stop an SUV and want him to agree to sth? Even if he was the criminal, is it professional to try to compel sb to agree to sth without a warrant, or evidences the car numbers point to him? Could this be a racial sth? Whose tracks are being covered?

Times without number, many in the echelons of criminal Justice have been found guilty of fraud in forensics. The FBI have been found guilty too. The US judicial system is not perfect! Judges are not incorruptible! History has proven all this. This debunks the claim above that the US Judicial System is perfect. When there is an interplay of politics in any system, it is bound to fluctuate.

What if the details posted online were falsified?

Haven't we seen enough of those sorts of falsified evidences around the world...when sometime we know the truth...even in Nigeria? Why can't we look at this critically? If you think he committed the crime, it is fine..but rather than throwing it directly to him, let facts speak. We are all here watching.

Let's work with facts.
He could have his facts they also didn't tell you.

I have said repeatedly that the vehicle had nothing to do with this case in any way

The police tried to make me look like a thief who specialises in stealing cars and then shipped it to Nigeria

All is an attempt to make me look like a career criminal

When I first got arrested I made several phone calls to my family in Tokyo Japan, friends in China,Malaysia,SouthKorea,Thailand to let them know what is going on with me....

" Here is what police had to say...... Since Mr Bah has been in custody he has made numerous phone calls to different countries, we believe Mr Bah belong to international criminal organisation"

The police requested INTERPOL to check my record internationally but the result came back clean.

My brother, did you say it would be stupid to tamper it? But a lot of people have been sent to jail via this means and by error.

I asked a question about it and i’m yet to get an answer. There are plenty ways of dealing with people and this is one; only If the guy was innocent.
Can you provide one example of the "lots of people" sent to jail wrongly via DNA?
In fact, DNA has been used to free many innocents from jail.

I do understand your point and I will like you to know that I am not scared to face trial also, if the police believed I really committed this crime then why was all evidences never released?

I was thrown into jail for 3 years awaiting trail, that was just to break me but I couldn't fold for a crime I did not commit.

All the evidences I have shared and many more still coming were all produced by the prosecutor,it is the same documents they produced that I am using to prove my innocence

The Police sent his credentials to Interpol and he returned clean, boss. It was even unlawful to declare him a criminal when no court had then.

Why were the police trying to magnet him to previous crimes so they can now have a better vantage to bring in the rape case?

My point exactly.

Why was the police looking for any means to label him a criminal finding pass criminal charges they never found even when Interpol cleared him?

What role did the SUV they buttered on have on this case now? Because they actually stopped him for it...and it was a basis for his arrest...even if we know it had no correlation with the rape case.

The Court never heard the DNA weren't his!

Were they looking for a room to attach him to the rape case? Who are they trying to cover?

So many angles to this case and story for one to begin to even doubt his own sanity...

Bro, if you are truly innocent and a victim of a mistrial and prejudice, I sincerely hope you find the help that you clamour for, the true criminal apprehended, taken in, and given the same sentence you currently carry.

However, if you are lying and trying to mislead people, bro, that'd be an extra sin on your part.

Since you posted about this case here, I've gone reading more about your case from different sources and blogs, one of which is LIB.

In one of the comments on the aforementioned blog, someone who supposedly knew you posited that you both were workmates and that you were framed up blablabla...for whatever reasons.

Now my question to you based on your last update is this:

1. You claimed to have entered the US from Japan sometime in April of the same year and barely two months before the said rape incident that you would eventually get roped in for and ultimately jailed for.

Did you travel to the US specifically for the purpose of buying these 6 SUVs? If yes, are you able to provide and defend your source of funds for the purchase, and why did you do a cash purchase? (For those who might not understand where these questions are coming from, this has a huge bearing on the ops history and case and you'd understand later as this case unravels).

2. While you were a resident at this apartment complex, were you living alone, what was your living arrangement, lifestyle, and general relationship with other occupants of the said complex viz a viz neighbourhood. Were you the loud one who'd terrorize neighbours and other occupants with our usual "noise" and one who can't be linked directly to any legitimate source of affluence commensurate with his obvious lifestyle?

Remember, you were just two months in the US on a visitors visa, driving an SUV, and already purchased 6 of the same in cash when there are people born and bred there like the victim's parents, the police officers, prosecutors, jurors, and even the Judge in your case who might only own at most, 2 vehicles they probably might still be paying for in bits.

3. Why did you have to change counsels as often as you did? And where you were justified with such changes, were your new counsels always updated with your file and case at every point in time, and can you tell for certain that your file was being treated as it ought to?

As much as I feel you could have been a victim of a mistrial or miscarriage of justice, everything I've read from you and some parts of your case records points to the fact that you got too laxed and arrogant at the crucial and early stages of this case probably due to the few "millions" you had in your account and thus felt, the worst that could happen to you was, you'd be found not guilty and eventually getting deported to Nigeria to continue flexing your wealth. This arrogance and defiance could certainly be felt and could have irked anyone including your very own defence counsel thereby leading everyone to believing you were indeed guilty.

There are so many angles to your case my brother as I started above, but the last of them which I won't shy away from letting you and everyone else know or take very seriously is KARMA. I believe so very firmly in karma.

No be everybody dem dey collect him thing dey go free. Whether white, black, red, green or yellow human. The moment the victim shed tears and send words to you in that pain, forget it...your own don be.

I honestly pray your appeal see the light of the day and help finds you, otherwise, na you do yourself guy.

This should serve as a very huge life lesson to us all particularly the ones amongst us who have chosen to glamorize everything evil even when it could end another's life while falsely believing we are smart and living life on the "fast lane".

This could have been I, you, and us all reading here because we always wrongly believed in our own warped understanding of life.

I can 100% relate to op's case based on personal experiences.

I feel sorry for Nigeria and her youths every day.

We've all become perona non-grata to one and every. To cap it all off, it doesn't look like abating one bit to say the least.

Bless you, mate.

l agree with your points, this case get as he be, that is why I said dem cook the guy for coven, conclude the case for Satan's court of darkness and the kasala happen to the Op physically on arrival in the US, I know most people will not buy the Spiritual angle but it can't be ruled out, if you Believe in a SUPREME BEING who represents LIGHT, also know that there is also a dark Being that represents Wickedness and if the Op hands are clean, God's mercy will set him free but if the Op has been a guyman for years, eating people's sweat, then Mr Karma has decided to wield a big stick on Him, yes l believe in the laws of retributive justice, you reap what you sow.
