Brother , I studied computer science… but today I have built 4 bungalows for clients here in Ibadan just because I supervised the construction of my personal building in 2019.. bros visit sites and do more free services for now. I did free services well but today i m called engineer every where I go.. of which I m just a business man with passion for construction. I will be going for my degree in building next year

Bro.. civil engineering is wide as a course,not just building.builders can do some practical works for few storeys..not for up to 15 storey high rise.for lecturing,civil engineering is the hardest engineering course.ask of strength of materials and structural analysis.engine boys no say no be beans.

Calm down, you are speaking with an engineering graduate. Other Engineering courses are difficult. The lack of lecturers is because they make more money outside than in school lecturing.

They say in order to gain experience in civil engineering, you must learn to sell yourself off as a slave. Basically going from site to site doing free labor under the sun to acquire the much eulogized experience.
Also be prepared to receive insults and yelling from resident engineers.
Right now na just name wey civil engineering get for this country.
That course seems like the fastest way into a life of hardship and extreme stress.
Why not grow in your current place of work, unless of course you’re one of those engineers that relish the stress and hardship.

Okay.but you know the truth.even some civil engineering lecturers don't know the proper practical on site.well,I don't think you are a civil engineering graduate.

An 8gb 256HDD 2gb dedicated or a modern integrated graphics card will do..
You can buy cracked softwares in some computer shops...or simply download from getintopc.com...

Try to locate some sites in Ikoyi and Lekki area. Introduce yourself politely and they will most likely allow you to come and see how things are done. Most times, you won't be paid.
