The houses are not affordable to ordinary Nigerian. 3 bedded is 13.5m while 3 bedded+ is 16.5. Ordinarily,13.5 will build a duplex in Nigeria. FG hike the price beyond ordinary citizen so that the politicians could buy them all. |

lookingfly:Nna, I just checked it. It did not open like this last time. Saw the prices too. I checked the requirements, make I provide tax certificate, civil servant to provide gazette of employments and bunch of other crap. You then pay 10k, the ministry Will then asses your application and notify only successful candidates  This one na for government pikins. Why will I have to go through all this crap to buy a house that is priced as same range private developers are building and even better? I will then pay 10k and be waiting to be approved ontop say to buy with my moni? Maybe if the houses were 1m instead of 7-8m for 1bed room, then you fit say Ahhh e make sense to bid. But this houses are plain and weaker that what a developer will give you or you build yourself. My thoughts. |
