I checked the requirements, make I provide tax certificate, civil servant to provide gazette of employments and bunch of other crap.
You then pay 10k, the ministry Will then asses your application and notify only successful candidates
This one na for government pikins.
Why will I have to go through all this crap to buy a house that is priced as same range private developers are building and even better?

Maybe if the houses were 1m instead of 7-8m for 1bed room, then you fit say Ahhh e make sense to bid. But this houses are plain and weaker that what a developer will give you or you build yourself.
