Good morning all. And nice people of nairaland. My name is Emmanuel. I've not done or could believe it would read to this stage and state. But my health is failing me already. I had to speak out to you. I reserve nothing to preserve if I don't beg of your help at this stage of my life. Am seriously sick and down for 5 days now without any idea of what my problem was.
