Over the years, the Ika culture and language have evolved to include elements of the Benin, Esan, and Igbo cultures and languages, in varying degrees. This is due to our geographical location and our accommodating spirit.

But we still retain a distinct culture and language to be considered separate from any other tribe, and this distinctiveness is increasing by the day.

The Ika language, tribe, nation and culture is distinct and we are a fully homogeneous people, not Igbo, not Benin, not Esan etc.

Nothing you say or do can change that. The Ika nation is rising ever higher, and your greed and envy will kill you. Idiot!

BTW, there's nothing like Anioma tribe. Anioma is just a politically convenient term to represent the peoples living in Delta North. That doesn't mean that we're one homogeneous tribe. The fact that we're similar in some respects, due to cultural assimilation, doesn't make us homogeneous.
