Yes I have, I just tried it at midnight 2 days ago and it went through

The options for the second and third choices depends on the first choice.
When you choice UK first, you won't get other countries for the second and third choices.
Also when you choose others for first, you won't see UK for other choices.

For me, the course for the third choice is not showing anything. And I can't move on except I select something

Try and do it around midnight, I don’t know if that’s the problem though. I had the same issue for two days until I did it at midnight around 1:30am. I used safari browser on my new phone and it went.
