In Nigeria here it is very dangerous to leave your children in the streets or public spaces unattended, the probability of the child being kidnapped and killed for ritual purposes are extremely high.

You are being disingenuous with your clip (screenshot). The article clearly defined what the term "missing children" means, which you conveniently avoid.
