A director in NIA is not poor. Not all permsecs are corrupt, just as not all businessmen are corrupt. The last time I know of a public servant who rose to the rank of Director in the Agency he worked not tainted with corruption. He was living relatively well in a good part of the town(official residence of course) during his service years because of the perks of his office. Because he wasn't corrupt like his colleagues when he left office, they have to pack to a poorer neighbourhood because pension couldn't sustain the former area. Hmmm....I understand your plight which is simply that YOUR WORTH IS DEFINED BY THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (a typical Nigerian mentality ).
