Wow ,use side mirror if u are on reverse gear ,don't look back ,if u do u will lose the job ,be confident on the steering, they will be monitoring your demeanour and also use your seat belt Ah, isn't this a fail at driver's license test? Why should he then do this at a driving interview? One is always advised to look back ooo. |

When driving drive defensively and never drag with anyone. If stopped by any govt officials be polite and firm. No aggression All this assumes you are test driving for a serious company though. It's not all potential employers that have time for all this protocol.The driving test I have been to was that,an expert driver would enter the car with me and watch whether I would first adjust the mirror,wear my seatbelt adjust the seat,shift gear to neutral,and release the handbrake before I start the car.Another test is reverse backwards.Most learners can't reverse. yours too is also a point but the dude is right. except the bonet, checking tyres I don't think is necessary my first driving job, what I did first was the bonet, even before going further the man clap and said first test passed, then the second was reversed, how to look at the side mirror and front mirrors and some road signs questions 3 Likes |

If you can, just go there and drive!. All these talk talk and advice will only make a simple thinh like driving complicated and difficult. Lol. I remember when I first interviewed for a role that required driving occasionally. Baba, told them I could drive and had an expired license. Honestly, I was expecting to be assigned a driver if I was successful. Me wey never sabi select gear or press throttle  . Two days later, I was called and informed that I was successful. I was further asked if I could drive and I repeated that I could. Bros, na so called my brother that I was coming over for him to help get drivers license. Baba arranged one for me and gave me a 2 days crash program on driving. I went back to my base. Waited for another 1 month. No show. Suddenly, the company called again that we should come for pick up of our vehicles. Brand new manual hilux with auxiliary gears. With only 2 days driving experience? See liver. I carried the vehicle le with hand break still engaged and alarms beeping. I drove away. Burst the tyre on the road. Had to engage a temporay driver who helped me change tyre and drove me to my base in another state. I paid him and immediately hired a driver who drove me for 1 month within which period I perfected my driving skills. Funny experience. 8 Likes |

Bros there are blind spots the side mirrors don’t cover. Please look back when reversing unless you’ve got a reverse camera installed. I ve never looked back while reversing. I was taught by professional, the side mirrors and the inner one are more than enough |

Driving ain't simple bro. Its like riding a bicycle, once you can you can. For us we started early. At 15 I drove from Asaba to lagos (s class). Our learning play vehicle was a toyota coaster bus (manual) . So from small age it was no biggie. |
