Cobbler Care Limited is a leather work company situated in Lagos and is currently recruiting for the following positions

Job Title: Workshop Manager

Reporting Relationships
Functionally reports to: CEO/Managing Director & Head of operations
Administratively reports to: Human Resources Manager​
Supervises: All aspects of the workshop

JOB BRIEF:
Oversee day to day activities of all cobblers ensure smooth running and coordination of operations and optimal productivity of the workshop

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership to cobblers
• Oversee operations to ensure production efficiency, qualitative services and effective management of workshop
• Manage overall day to day operations and supervision of unit focused primarily on optimal production.
• Meet production targets and strive to lower the cost of production.
• Implement workshop strategy
. Preparation of daily and weekly reports.
. Assist in updating the production plan and report on a timely basis
. Assist in reviews of budgets and targets as required
· Ensure continual cost effective and efficient use of all resources
· Enlist the aid and support of others for the accomplishment common goals

• Attract, recruit, lead and train craftsmen

• Encourage and assist craftsmen

• Take responsibility and accountability of all staff under your control

• Evaluate and make recommendations for craftsmen in accordance with policies and procedures

• Maintain clear communication with all staff and management

• Ensure operational plans and welfare are managed to meet targets.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards

• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of all processes of the business.

Background experience/qualifications

• Strong, analytical and problem solving skills
• Decision making skills.
• Minimum of an ND or HND
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

Customer Service Rep

.Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and answer all client questions.
.Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
.Generate sales leads.
. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
. Maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
. Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
. Provide the appropriate and correct information to incoming customer requests
A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism of frustration.
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper..

Job Requirements / Skills

. Minimum of an HND and B.Sc Holders.
. 1-3 years Experience in the same role.
. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
. Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
. Must be passionate about the job.

Account Assistant

The Account Assistant will primarily provide support to the company accountant and handle filing of day-to-day expense of the company.
He or she will equally prepare reports to the line manager
