Owing to the rising spate of kidnapping cases, I think the Nigeria Police, albeit the National Assembly need to change the "...a person must have been missing for at least 24 hours before being reported missing (in the police station)..." rule.

I think it should be reduced to 12 hours or even 8 hours.

So many victims of (ritual) killings these days are usually killed in less than 24 hours of being kidnapped.

If the law is adjusted, and the police allowed to take action faster, some victims might be saved.

with all these babes that are "missing" at their bf's place, i think 24hs wouldnt be enough.

I agree with you. There shouldn't be time frame. Even an hour. Alarm is better than sorry.
