I came across the word "flashing" a few years ago while visiting Naija . My young Cousin in college will call my line and then cut it off a number of times when i called her back and wondered if she was in trouble and wait for this, "No na bros, this is our on way of looking out for you or letting you know we're thinking of you" probe further and she tells you that it happens among families, friends, etc, I asked a couple more young people and it's same story, apart from a few who said you "flashed" to say you needed help etc, I beg i no fit laugh jare |
