it can if the amendment was rejected and the law is unconstitutional. The courts can correct it.

we cannot leave the country at the mercy of rogue and compromised senators. The judiciary plays a part in creating valid laws.

Malami is in the right on this matter. its not about Malami bt the right thing.

u only resign appointments for main elections not primaries.

No court makes law or amends law, same with the executive. The court can only declare a law null void but can't direct d agf to delete a law, that's the duty of the legislators moreover the legislators weren't joined

Nobody will force them to resign. They will be automatically disqualified by the party. They will not participate in primary.

SIMP! That law is DEAD as dead lion with no capacity to bite. Even NASS that boasted that they will appeal it faiked to do so. PDP appeal would be thrown out by Appeal court for lack of merit.

By this act, doesn't that shows that you people and your party, are mumu party? what is being taught about is the law, not Buhari, Buhari is not the law, that is meant to obey, since the law said so, they should resign before contesting anything

They will resign before the primaries. Even if it means to resign a day before they are cleared. Focus on your candidate grin

Malami is the brain behind this. Unfortunately, his candidature will be declared invalid when primaries have closed. APC Kebbi will either not have a candidate or substitute his name with someone else.
Who will declare it invalid? The same CJN he installed?. You guys are comedians

There is still enough time

They can re-sign one week to convention

If the day for clearing candidates is a day before primaries, they can also resign the day before the clearance. I wonder why people are fixated on this issue.

The courts can't delete a validly made law

Wait for the appeal court to say so. If the appeal court concurs, then it is a done deal. The law is off. Patience brother angry

The case might be thrown out by appeal court but as at now, no party will risk of not having candidate on the ballots paper just like APC in Rivers State in the last election.
