It has never been shown to be true. You can’t just say things are true or untrue because of sentiments. The idea of “forms” or in your case “spirits” was created when the philosopher/priests did not have the knowledge of the physical world that have since been accumulated.
The idea of “animating spirit” was borne out of ignorance of how some things have life and motion while some don’t. While mankind hasn’t figured out the whole of existence, we have found “spirits” and “forms” to be crude ideas about nature’s functioning.

Jesus cursed the fig tree and it stopped producing. This affirm the fact that the spiritual controls the physical.

He can ask a plant not to grow and it will not grow. The world is ruled by words.

It is God who ordained it to be so by the word he pronounced.

That’s your belief. For those who don’t share your beliefs, it’s the equivalent of saying “sky wizard cast a spell so the trees can grow”.
Your claim only makes sense when you substitute god for nature because that’s what god(s) is(are).

Ken4Christ:

This is why a fig tree stopped producing overnight when Jesus cursed it.

Jesus is also a personification of nature, not a real person who cursed a tree. He is an allegorical creature l.

Ken4Christ:

Everything in life is presently sustained by the word of God.
The day God says its over, this present age will end. And that day is coming closer.

Yes, this present age will end just like other ages ended but the world did not end. If you understood what an age is, you will realize the present one doesn’t end till around 2150 C.E., then it will come around again in around 26000 years. Why?
To put it sacred terms: Because “god ordained it that way”.
To put it in sacred terms: It’s the “laws of physics” ,meaning description of nature.

The Mesopotamian god borrowed by the Hebrews does not exist, talkless of his “son”. Jesus did not exist nor curse a fig tree. There is no reason to think such a character existed if you don’t hold particular religious beliefs.
To affirm the so called “spiritual”, you can’t point to a supernatural occurrence in a book, especially a sacred book. You have to give real evidence that is incontrovertible.

I read in a profane book that the Emperor Vespasian (who some believe had a hand in editing the gospels) healed the lame and the blind because he was “divine” but I would be stupid to believe such. Why? Because, it’s outside the bounds of rationality.
Would you believe me if I told you that I met a 450 year old man on the banks of the Euphrates who could breathe under water without equipment? Or maybe I read it in a sacred book. Does that make it believable?

Ken4Christ:

Tales by moonlight.
Unless they refer to something and can create some type of mental image in at least one hearer, words are nothing but noise produced by muscles in the throat and mouth. If you could time travel to the past and meet some ancient English people, your words would probably be noise to them because they wouldn’t understand. And sometimes, words are just noisy nonsense regardless of the hearer. Christians speaking in tongues is an example.
The world is not ruled by words unless you believe in an imaginary and magical human-like entity that can abracadabra things into existence.

Any proof?

Yes, there are scriptural proofs.

Mark 11:12-13
12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:

13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.

14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, NO MAN EAT FRUIT OF THEE HEREAFTER FOR EVER. And his disciples heard it.

The story continues;

Mark 11:20-22
20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

21 And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, BEHOLD, THE FIG TREE WHICH THOU CURSEDST IS WITHERED AWAY.

22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Hence the writer of Hebrews wrote;

Hebrews 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and UPHOLDING ALL THINGS BY THE WORD OF HIS POWER, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.

Hell is nonsense created when the philosophers/priests had to create an authoritarian figure and consequences for people they were trying to civilize. The idea of hell/land of the dead/Tartarus/etc was borne out of the setting of the sun to explain where it went at night.

Now you are back to why it all began. THE MOST CONTRADICTORY BOOK IN HISTORY(Lol)

So have you now seen the reason why my God sent His messengers (Jehovah's Witnesses) out to every home on this planet?

About 4,000 years ago people do worship different Gods throughout the earth, to them that's normal and they keep living their lives without a second thought. Back then people do fight for territories and at times wage war against a settlement to make them slaves, this was also normal back then and to them the greatest God possesses the greatest army. So throughout the world the Egyptian army under a God globally known as "Ra" was the greatest.

Then a STRANGE God from nowhere sent two octogenarians (Moses and Aaron) down to Egypt. For what purpose? This God pleaded with the king of Egypt to release his own slaves for Him so that these slaves can become the worshipers of the STRANGE God! undecided

Well this has never been heard before so the King found it really strange and he asked "who is this God? What is his name? And why my own slaves? The Egyptian King thought it must be some kind of prank because there has never been heard of any God without any army fighting in the name of such God so for him to release his slaves to any God at all there must be some form of pressure, and to make it worse here are just two feeble looking octogenarians before him speaking for this STRANGE GOD!
So the Egyptian King answered them respectfully, "please you old men i'm not here for jokes so God back and tell your God that i don't know Him neither am i going to release my slaves"
That's how this STRANGE GOD drew the battle line between the King of Egypt, his entire army and Himself without a single visible soldier to fight for the STRANGE GOD.
But after some time the Egyptian King with all his armies were pressured to acknowledge the STRANGE GOD because they had to release His people for Him without having to fight at all! undecided

This people later moved towards a city called "Jericho" the King of Jericho and his people were preparing for a siege but then a woman (prostitute) known as Rahab also a citizen of Jericho said something that i will like you to think deeply about.
She said:
"Never before has any God done what the God of Israel did so i have surrendered myself and all my household to obey whatever this God wants" adding "please you worshipers of JEHOVAH remember me before your God" and instantly the worshipers of JEHOVAH promised her that she will be spared with all those with her! Joshua 2:1-14; 6:1-23

So stop deceiving yourself my friend, STRANGE things do happen always, it takes great FAITH to grasp it but such FAITH is not a possession of all kinds of people! 2Thessalonians 3:2

Without the Bible, the world would have been in total darkness. We would have been lost as to how the world began. Satan would have held souls captives for eternity.

The truth in it has changed lives, deliver the captives, given victory to countless thousands across the world. It has blessed families. And it is still changing lives. One million of you cannot discourage those who have been blessed by it. You will die and the Bible will still be there. So many who have tried to destroy the Bible are all dead and the Bible is still here.

Just continue the assignment your master, Satan gave to you. When you are through, he is the same person that will assign demons to torture you.
