You haven't answered my questions:

Is the govt cooperating with the people in proper management of the countries financial resources?

where has all the money govt has been making from VAT, stamp duty, excuse duties, crude oil etc gone?

Stop quoting that guy mfm. He is either a politician, or an employee of a politician, or somehow related to this government. Recently the AG was arrested for 80bn and another man for 20bn, but that guy doesn't see anything wrong with it.

Those are the thieves who come here to defend fellow thieves.

1. Govt cooperate how? In this relationship, citizens part is to pay their taxes and monitor that the taxes are well spent. Govt own is to collect taxes and spend it. So cooperate how?
2. The taxes collected is NOT enough to meet our needs. Are you not seeing the infrastructure going on around you? Then salaries are being paid. The money collected is not enough!
Also, this tax is for a specific purpose. It is to fund provision of health insurance for those that can't afford. Is this not a noble idea?

My questions are straightforward but it seems they are very difficult for u to answer. Pls read again:

1. Is the govt cooperating with the people in proper management of the countries financial resources?

Pls take note of the last two lines above

2. where has all the money govt has been making from VAT, stamp duty, excuse duties, crude oil etc gone?

I didn't ask u if it's enough or not. I asked the above.

3. If u say the income gotten from VAT, stamp duties, excise duties, crude oil and many more isn't enough, can u furnish us with the figures in terms of income and the cost of things govt wanted to do that it couldn't?

4. Is there any where in the world where money is always enough for govt?

5. Which infrastructure are u referring to? Can u name them and give us the figures in terms of cost?

6. If u say govt income isn't enough, pls which monies are being stolen?

It would have been a good idea but as usual someone will still embezzle the funds at the end of the day.

That is the problem!

When we hear stolen money, it is a lot for an individual to steal, however it is NOTHING to a government to spend! It won't do anything! Yes, it can plug some holes when we get them, but they are insignificant. Compare our annual budget with how much we are recovering. The recovered amount reach anything?
are you saying government factors looted recovered funds in their budget as source of funding the budget? Which i believe is unlikely. You might want to support this regime and make them look clean but we know they're very corrupt.

1. Govt can spend N1 without it being budgeted. It is an impeachable offence for any President or governor to spend money without budgeting for it.

2. So, yes. When money is recovered, it is budgeted for and spent.

They are quick to tax everything and everyone despite the high inflation rate and high unemployment rate. but at the mention of cutting down Govt cost the NAYS always have it.

Vote someone that sustained a whole state for 8years while being the most effective on every strata through cutting down Govt cost alone.. Go and verify...

Vote Peter Obi because in the current Nigerian state, we have nothing to loose...
what did he sustain, poverty?
