A Nairalander view on Peter Obi, Atiku, Tinubu and Osinbajo.
It's obvious that majority online wants Peter Obi to become the next President come 2023 and we've seen so many Artist coming to declare their assurance for him, also seen how other artist who vouch for other Aspirants were been attacked.
We all need to know that, Election is not a Musical Concert in 02 Arena or Eko Hotel; even though many fans including myself have paid for a ticket and never showed up for the show. we've seen a concert marked sold out and during the concert some seats were vacant.
My own view is this, Peter Obi remains one of the best among the aspirants, We all quick to forget that a single person will occupy the seat of a president but he won't be the senator and the Rep at the same time.
Imagine Peter Obi a president under the Senators from APC and PDPs, no matter theiy good intentions Mr President have in mind, he's still at their mercy. Buhari may have the best intention for the country in fighting corruption but we see what people under him we're displaying.
Peter Obi would have been an annointed candidate and an open door for Southeast at National level if only he didn't dump PDP, cus it's obvious he would have become the Vice President then he able to secure the Presidential seat.
Many governors and former governors already won the Senators tickets and these are the people we know that they have nothing to offer us, how do you want Obi to keep up?
I'm beginning to think that if Obi becomes the President based on his humanitarian service, he may likely be the first Nigerian President to resign leaving another Northerner a President.
Another view is; Peter Obi won't be only one taking decision for himself, Labour Party (LP) as a party will also have their influence on him and he won't want to disappoint them, hence it's becoming like a payback.
So many OBIdient fans are always online yet so many of them without PVC while 90% of uneducated Northerners don't even know Facebook but all of them with their Radios always listening to update with their PVC in their bags with them.
Election is not a Musical Concert, we all should know that.

Many people will disagree with you and even insult you. That is how politics is played on nairaland and Nigeria. We are sentimental.
