One of the best judgements I have come across In a lifetime. The judge in her wisdom was brave to have given a judgement as such.

He was however linient with the complainant because he did not do his due diligent to have given such amount of money to the a person who is neither bank or financial institution but greed to make 2 million in a month which results in 20% of monthly returns on investment.

Where the dexterity of the judge showed was the fine which totals #3million naira and restitution of the whole money back within 365days of the judgement .

The breakdown is that the guy might have kept the money in Bitcoin wallet and plans to keep foe himself and not refund after the payment of the fine. However another condition that will make him payback the remaining has been put in place should Incase he feels he can walk freely without having it at the back of his mind to repay the complainant. This time around his case will be adjudged contempt of court and he will not have to enjoy himself in jail for a long period of time.

All this young youths claiming forex, most are fraudsters.
