I really like your suggestions about the facebook and the media houses. We have to raise up and defend our rights. For me this house is my only source of information about this recruitment. Whatever action we take, I dont want us to be too forward and rash.
To me the situation has not gone way out of hand.
NSITF is an institution that was almost forgotten until it was empowered with the new ECA mandate.
They need time to restructure, they need money to kick off and better still they are as much eager to start off as we are to resume
Most of their offices are dilapitated and so many things are missing.
The delay is neither delibrate nor intentional(my thought). It is all for our own Good.
There is always light at the end of every tunnel.

i honestly think we should be careful so that we do not incite any action that would eventually be to our detriment. if we complain about the fees we paid etc and the whole process is scrapped and restarted what benefit is that to us? what we should do is pray and watch or watch and pray. i heard from a reliable source that they are eager for us to start. let busy bodies hold themselves. dont shoot yourself in the foot! The process is a long journey learn to wait and be patient, na so govt work be.

Please, in as much as we are eager to get on board, we shouldn't let anxiety cloud our reasoning. Why would anyone want to contact the 'president' on this issue? R u even sure it's GEJ posting all those comments on facebook? Do you know how tight the schedule of a president is? He has special assistants and PR guys taking care of all this things, he doesn't even write his own speeches. Well, except someone in here has his personal mobile line which I doubt. We all have waited thus far, lets just keep praying while we wait. It is well.

Well am nt a fan of Mr. President! I dnt even kwn wat his facebook is like. But those that do understd hw to get in contact with him can present the issue to him like d Airtel guys did. But i will wnt to advice who ever want to take such step should do so with all fairness and respect to everybdy involved.
As at dis moment, we ve nt bin informed by NSIT or Recruitment agency dat any of us was successful.It was jst a recruitment process. The organization still have d final say.
I want to believe that our waiting is almost near its end. If the board is reconstituted, it means that smthing is poping out soon. Hope they start repairing all d dilapidated offices nationwide. Cos once i told smbdy that i applied for job wit d organization, he jst look at me like "u r mad', then he said "where u wan go wrk sef? for dis them patchy patchy office?"

Almighty God, we seek for thine intervention on this recruitment. It's been 5 months and counting, earnestly hoping that this process will come to past but different scenarios have unfortunately unfolded. But we believe that you started this phase with us and you shall end it with us. When would the new members of the Board (if they are appointed already) of NSITF be inaugurated and given the mandate to commence work? Year 2011 is fast grinding to a halt and yet nothing concrete is known or done yet. Fellow hopefuls, lets continue to pray that this recruitment process will not be compromised. I have read all the post since after my last post and commend those with positive thoughts. Like someone pointed out, cos it didnt happen does not mean d info wasnt correct at dat time. I live and work in abuja and NSITF is just some few metres away from my office. I also have friends working there who give me this info. Happy new year and see u on orientation day.

Broncop and Danto happy new year any news the thread is slowing dying! instead of jonathan to reconstitute the nsitf board quickly he is removing fuel subsidy creating confusion and delay.

With d FIRE dat will be coming with dis Subsidy of a thng, Inaugrating a Board will be d Least of his Worries,
