from the process where she mix the ogbono when oil. In my place we don't free the ogbono. Why just put little oil on it and use hot steam to heat the bowl. And the ogbono will mixed with the oil like a thick paste.

Then you pour it into the boiling meat.

Although I like red oil in my beans. Because I really like beans to be red and not usual beans color.

I get that what he does is pour the powdered ogbono in a bowl, adds some oil and then cooks it over steam, probably by placing the bowl atop boiling water so the heat can melt the oil in the mixture, all while stirring the context into a paste. The resulting ogbono paste he then adds into the pot of soup stock to finish up with the rest of the ingredients.
