A few days ago, my phone was stolen from me and the guy changed my UBA mobile app password and used my OPAY app to withdraw over 20k from the UBA account. He then transferred the money into another Opay account. I just retrieves my line and changed the opay password and I have details of the account including the phone number he sent the money to. He also tried to send it into one access bank account which I also got the details.

Pls how can catch this thief? I have tried to chat up with opay agent but they didn't respond. I am planning to take the details to the police tomorrow to help me track him but I don't have my phone imei

Why not use true-caller premium app
To get his details.
Including emails.
Search online for social media handles registered wt the email.
Then you can b able to get his pix.
Then using his pix inject into Google lens.
And get his full profile.
That's the much I will tell you for now

Every financial app on your phone should have a password, if possible a separate password for each app. That way even if you lose your phone, you can be sure that all your accounts are safe.

everything has password bro but he reset them because he was in possession of my sim. He did it b4 I could block them all

Next time learn to lock ur sim card with a password, once the phone is turned off and anyone tries to turn it on then it will request for ur sim password. With this move e dey very difficult for anyone to steal from u

Guy try and lock your SIM card. Set a separate password for your SIMcard. That way, no one can have any unauthorized access to your phone.
