I don't know why I was so mad watching this 0:42 sec. video clip. The Gabon President Ali Bongo was seen greeting his delegates who queued in the rain without umbrellas at the airport as he was departing on his international trip to France yesterday. Bongo was seen with a bodyguard with an umbrella while other delegates were queueing in the rain getting soaked to their underwear. There is a choir in the background as well which is believed to be singing in the rain. I need to know...were Africans really born to suffer? Aareakinwunmi: Maybe It's a compulsory routine that has to be followed.. I don't really understand how anyone would enjoy standing and receiving a handshake under the rain.. It's not a nice situation...The last time I did something similar over a decade ago, It was under duress...It was during NYSC parade on a heavy downpour...most of us tried getting away but was asked to go back and stand under the rain by the military |
