Jesus Christ did not command such gatherings as that which you describe. Instead those gatherings are as commanded by God in His Old Law of Moses, as agreement specifically for those who are of the blood of Jacob. The Hebrew epistles was written by the author specifically to the believers of Jewish/Hebrew decent.
