NWUCHE IMPRESSED AS UPATA KINGDOM CONFERS CHIEFTAINCY TITLES ON DESERVING RECIPIENTS.

The central palace of the Igbu Upata Kingdom in Ahoada East Local Government Area, Rivers State was agog as Rt. Hon. Chibudom Nwuche OFR, DSSRS, Esama Ekpeye Logbo, Former Deputy Speaker Federal House of Representatives honoured the chieftaincy installation of friends of Upata Kingdom.

An event which was held at the Upata central palace Edeoha community in Ahoada East Local Government Area saw the influx of dignitaries, captains of industry, business moguls and people from all works of life to witness the epoch making event.

Installing the deserving recipients as titled chiefs in Upata Kingdom, the paramount ruler of the Upata people His Majesty Nye Udu Felix Enene Otuwarikpo Ph.D, informed that the recipients have been good and loyal friends of the Kingdom hence deserve the honour while praying that they become harbingers of good tidings to preach the goodnews of the Upata people.

Speaking at the event, the former deputy speaker, Federal House of Representatives, Esama Ekpeye Logbo, Rt. Hon. Chibudom Nwuche expressed satisfaction on the leadership of Nye Udu Felix Enene Otuwarikpo who took over the leadership of the Kingdom from his late father His Royal Highness Eze Clifford Cheta Nwuche.

Hon. Nwuche thanked the king for his wisdom in honouring deserving friends of the Kingdom who has contributed their quota in making Upata Kingdom great .

Those installed as titled chiefs includes:-

2. Barr. Patrick Etim Effiong
Managing Partner,
Rayfield Associates as Unwo Gbaite Umenala ( A son that straighens tradition)

3. Chief Akindele Wasiu
CFO Ambrey ltd as Uwno Mekwete Iye 1 of Upata Kingdom ( A very coordinated son of Upata Kingdom)

4. Chief (Mrs) MaryJane Nzeh Doyle as Ununwe Menyi Egbor ( A loyal and submissive wife).
