I have two Condos im contemplating,one is in a good location, but I hate noises. But they didn't specify whether its concrete wall or not, all reviews I saw online said its concrete. I feel this people would have put noise reducing concrete wall if its actually concrete, they will do anything to market their building. But the layout of this building is perfect for me, and would bring me more money

The other has concrete wall but i don't really like it as its $160 more expensive but I have already applied for this before I saw the first one.
