The year is speedily coming to an end and while Politicians are desperately working on 2023, religious leaders are also working on new end of the year prophecies/slogans.e.g it's my time to shine,my case is different,my year of Exploits and also the societally famous cross over night to go and collect stickers, calendars,prayers etc.

similarly, it's an opportunity for family/extended families to wine and dine with each other and all of that.unfortunately I remembered how boring our street was like many others in Nigeria and people were carrying depressing and gloomy faces.no street carnivals or energetic community youths around.However,those who could go to church did and those who couldn't were indoors with family members.everywhere was Sha dull for obvious reasons.

Anyway irrespective of your present financial state, what are your plans for Christmas? Well let me start first.i plan watching movies at home, sleep, repeat cycle,maybe go to the cinemas to see a movie just to go out and above all thank God at home for a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.so what are yours?

No special plans. The only good side is that it is on a Sunday, so I get holiday on Monday thus, a long weekend. This is the only time I envy people whose company goes on end of year holiday.
