What is POVERTY?
Imagine the day God freed the Israelites from Egypt, all of them were SLAVES meaning there's nothing like CLASS among them that very day but when each started struggling for money the same people that walked out of Egypt together like one family began hating and killing one another.

So is it POVERTY that they were use to in Egypt while being slaves that brought evil into their hearts or the love of money?

Of course, the Bible can't term money the answer of all or most things, and still call it the root of all evils! That's contradictory.


Scripture is clear that evil comes from an unhealthy love for money (Covetousness)!

This is even common sense!

The Bible acknowledges . . .

“Money is a protection.”—ECCLESIASTES 7:12.

However, the Bible warns . . .

“The one hastening to get rich will not remain innocent.”—PROVERBS 28:20.

“Those who are determined to be rich fall into temptation and a snare and many senseless and harmful desires.”—1 TIMOTHY 6:9.

Therefore, the Bible recommends . . .

“Let your way of life be free of the love of money.”—HEBREWS 13:5.

“Guard against every sort of greed, because even when a person has an abundance, his life does not result from the things he possesses.”—LUKE 12:15.

“Do not forget to do good and to share what you have with others.”—HEBREWS 13:16.

What are the benefits?

“There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving.”—ACTS 20:35.

“The generous person will prosper, and whoever refreshes others will himself be refreshed.”—PROVERBS 11:25.

You hit the bus stop with enough yams to cover your trip back and forth. That will make your journey hell, but with money, you exchange your yams for money then use the portable, widely accepted currencies in your possession to ease every other aspect of your journey that entails exchanging yams for things. This could be bread on the road, gala on the road, hotels to lodge, bribery to corrupt officers, alms to beggars or the needy or even emergency aid to accident victims.
This liquid attribute of money is why the Bible said "Money answereth to all things".
It simply means money helps exchange so many things in physical. This biblical definition of money roughly translates to your SS1 Economics definition of money where they say Money is a medium of exchange of goods(tangible) and services(intangible).

In the absense of things to be exchanged, money is a useless piece of paper people erroneously assume is a magical force that drives creation of things. It is(the need to exchange) things that birthed creation of money and not the other way.

I want everyone to live equally, if we're living under $2 per day or above $3,000 per day evil will not come to mind as long as we're all paid the same amount and have everything equally.

But when talking about poverty and riches one is more difficult for imperfect human to cope with than the other, that's what i'm telling you.

How many security operatives do you have around you?
When someone knocks do you feel like opening without fear?
