Sorry Charity. Working with micro finance can get so messy often. I tried working with micro finance for about 6 months 3 years ago but then i realized if i nor commot i fit kill person. Herad lot of stories of how many COs died in the course of the job or some ran mad and all.

The worst set of people to give loan is Nigerians, if you meet me for loan, I only give what I can't miss and since I started practicing this over 5 years now I have my peace. Imagin a friend who got money from loan apps when I drew his attention to it because they have been troubling me he said it's Nigerian money and so him and his wife will keep collecting money from different loan app and they will never pay, since that day I completely cut off from them. A lot of Nigerians are wicked.

Me I don't even borrow, I just give you and say don't worry especially when I know you can't pay back and it doesn't exceed 5k.

Rule # 1... Only loan out money you are ready to loose. That way you have piece of mind if not paid back and of it prevents you from fighting the loanee... Just take it as a gift and someday you will get it back from life such.

Example...someone loaned me some money years ago and I could not pay back then, not because I did not want to but things did not happen as expected...and she never bothered me about it .. today I'll give and have given her 1000% more than she gave me and in any currency, dollar, pound, euro, naira etc

Thats what loan officers face in the field but,those admin working undervthe A/c will be dishing out nonsense memo saying they are not working. They will force you to give out loans and once the loan goes bad they start asking you did you not verifyvthe client first? This happen to me clients were owing me here and there and most funny thing is that most of this clients dont borrow with clear eyes. They borrow out of frustration.

If it is an issue that is sacrosanct that I must lend you money. I'll do it like my grandfather does.. You bring your land or property documents, we go to my lawyer and I will hold onto the land, when the time for payment elapses, it will automatically start reading with interest until you pay off the debt.

you are right my brother but the most annoying part is those in admin will be shouting your PAR is high you are not doing anything about it.you disburse is a problem you dont disburse still a problem.

Microfinance job na yeye work,you disburse na problem you dont disburse na problem.

I would've loved to pursue this case of alleged assault but there's no evidence to do so.
