I'll advise you don't rush into using Payday for now as it seems the app is having issues at the moment. Credit transfers to the Naira wallet and card aren't reflecting after several hours. Take a look at their Twitter handle and see the plethora of complaints.

I have two different transfers my Naira wallet done over 6 hours ago yet to drop.

No, they aren't scam. Truth is that many bank transfers are taking forever to drop these days. You'd have to say the Lord's prayer before initiating anyone.

I think they are ooo... See what is happening on Twitter....

I chatted their customer support staff and the person is asking me to pay more $10 to see my old deposit. I tried sending NGN500 to test, i was credited but i couldnt withdraw it.

They are asking me to pay in extra $10

In my own case, I used Klasha. At the time, it was 751.11, and everything went smoothly. That was on the 11th. However, they have reviewed their exchange rate, it's now 755.50.

You guys may want to try it out.

So, earlier today, I got an email notification that mine has been shipped. But checks on the DHL website shows it was originally shipped out on the 18th, however it seems you only get the Shipped notification once it leaves USA for the destination county.

Please confirm that was the official Twitter handle you chatted with to avoid touching stories. There are many fake Payday Twitter handles popping up everyday it's almost unbelievable.

This is serious.

Guys, what worked for me was Klasha.

In fact, on the day I wanted to pay for Starlink using Klasha, i thought I would first try to fund with $5, to see if it works, before going ahead with the full amount. After funding with $5, I made an attempt to purchase Starlink, otp was sent, but I cancelled the transaction. I believe I repeated that like twice. Little did I know that the payment gateway had flagged my card because of the repeated cancellation of the transaction.

So, after funding the card with $588, I tried to make the payment, but I kept getting declined prompt, it wasn't even leading to the part where OTP is sent to you anymore.

It was on a Saturday morning, so I thought I wouldn't get much help from Klasha support. However, I went ahead and sent them a mail. I was surprised when they replied within two hours and said they would look into it. About 2 to 3 hours later, I got mails from two different members of Klasha support informing me that the issue has been resolved. So I went ahead make the payment without any hitch.
