For Atiku and Tinubu we already know what will happen if any of them wins but If you think Obi will spend this much flying here and there with private jet and helicopters, funding one support group or the other, paying hotel bills etc only to come in and "save Nigeria" then you are very naive. Show me any governor that did more than him between 1999 and 2007. Remember that Lagos state money was withheld but he used ideas and innovations to surpass them all.
These are some of his legacy projects but the only legacy I believe had made Lagos where you are all fleeing to his the ECONOMY THAT TINUBU BUILT FOR LAGOS..

LAGBUS as well as the establishment of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) with 200 motorbikes, eight heavy-duty tow vehicles and modern communication equipment to enforce discipline in Lagos roads.

A whopping amount of N14 billion was expended on 417 road construction projects spanning 250 kilometres across the state in the first three years of his administration. 255 of these roads were already completed at that time while others were near completion.

Instead, Obasanjo refused to release local government allocation to Tinubu because he created LCDA, which ran contrary to Nigeria's constitution. If you must promote that druglord, at least do that with facts not lies.

The Economy Tinubu and his team built for Lagos is what is making Lagos grow financially and infrastructurally.
Tinapa was a foolish project.Look at what Udom did with the state airline,another foolish not well thought out project.I like Udom but that is a white elephant project that will affect his state negatively soon.He should quickly put it in private hands now.
