Nigerians are running and shouting all over the place that they are suffering because of non availability of the new Naira notes that banks and ATMs are not dispensing, now some governors won an injunction to alleviate your so called suffering and you are still mad and upset, you still don't want your suffering to be alleviated.

It's either many of you are hypocrites, disingenuous, liars or just too odiously political and tribal to even see what's in your own best interest.

The governors have no problem securing the new notes and they are definitely not suffering because of the new notes, they are not the one lining up for hours trying to withdraw money from the ATM or fighting in banking halls, you are so how are they your problem?

Is the misguided and incompetently created and administered policy the governors policy?

The governors are not the problem, people like you are really the problem because you can not see or reason beyond your nose.

I am surprised how a case can be moved to the supreme Court without first going to the federal high court and appeal court

Criminal collaborators. Corruption will fight back but we will come out victorious surely.

Where was supreme court when APC injected billions of naira into currency change? Is the money a waste now? Why being reactive rather than being proactive?

APC, Party of forward and backward. To think this is a party where more than hundred people easily purchased presidential form for 100million will leave you speechless.
The northern governors and the Supreme Court did the right thing - the country is on the verge of a total breakdown or law and order. Emefiele should have printed enough money. He has only himself to blame for the failure of his policy.

Exactly what I’m telling someone here. The policy will remain. Only the CBN Governor and Mr. President can suspend the policy.

This injunction effectively overrules the order of the High Court of FCT that earlier restrained the CBN from extending the date beyond February 10. The jurisdiction of the FCT Court to make the order is questionable in the first place.
nobody will take supreme Court serious, the order of federal high court have not been vacated by any court, supreme Court are making caricature of our justice system.

Ok
It means the judgement will be copied to the CBN,office of the president, minister of finance and the bankers union .
So it also means that the CBN governor will needd to issue a fr ah directive to all the banks
Then the CBN will need to assembly it's legal team to go to the supreme court on this issue first before another directive can be given

Now if the Emefiele disregards the supreme court ...........the supreme court can automatically ask for his arrest

I dey look DSS and NASS with very sharp crocodile mouth and shark teeth
Buhari government does not obey court orders.

Better. Let's be using both and new notes together until the old one runs out of supply and fizzles out for the new one. There's point putting everyone under pressure. It will only lead to scarcity and anarchy. Politicians will rig but with the BVAS there's hope for liberation.
