Supreme Court or No Supreme Court, The Old naira notes will continue to be legal tender for nothing less than 2 months.

The CBN didn't plan this well and they have failed woefully.

In a country where money is hard to get, we still have to use the same money to buy money.

Good riddance!

They're not interested in doing the right thing. They have other plans that most people don't see because of emotions. The implementation was satanic from the start. Nobody is against the policy but the implementation was demonic. This was never supposed to be a big deal if implemented properly.

1. Stop election vote buyers
2. Advance a cashless policy

I want to be the US president.

So how do you stop no 1 when you print the same amount you are taking out of circulation?

Again, remove cashless policy from your point. The timing says otherwise

The politician which they wanted to stop of hoarding money had already have their way through of stacking new cash. Poor masses are suffering of getting new notes and old. If they don't extend it. The suffering would be increase more because as we deposit of our every old notes in circulation, there is no enough new notes in circulation for the poor masses.

Jagaban fighting for the masses.

Unlike those who have mastered the art of wickedness and visionlessness.

Anambra really suffered under Peter Obi who was saving public funds in his own bank, while forming fake messiah.

Even the Igbos below lamented bitterly.

Jagaban isn't fighting for any masses. He is fighting for himself. No politician is fighting for the masses. Obi is an opportunist but Tinubu is a far worse selfish opportunist than any of the presidential candidates on display

The problem now is will CBN direct commercial Banks to reload ATMs with old naira? Will Buhari comply with the directives or they will apply for stay of execution pending the hearing and determination of the suit?

Who wan give dem stay? They should prepare their defense for 15th of February. They'll lose woefully. The reality on ground doesn't support the style of implementation.

You are yourself problem...your parents and family are dying of no money to buy foods and things needed to get for your entire family.
Instead for you to blame Emefiele and the cabal that brainwashed Buhari to sign the evil implementation, you did not, but you're putting the blames on the governors that were not aware of such evil policy.

The CBN naira redesigned is not well executed, you don't suffer the masses because you want to stop hoarding of naira by politicans that's nonsense, it might shock many to know that this politicans were the ones that hijacked these new naira notes the 300billion CBN distributed , even banks sold to some business men POS operators yes at the end of the day who is suffering the masses ok CBN and banks you people should tell us why banks ATM can't pay people why , if you want us to stop using old money you want to ban old money , I am fully in support of getting the old notes out but make the new notes available in banks , these we are not seen, at least if everyone should be able to withdraw even if it's 5000 naira new notes everyday in ATM banks from that 31 January till now the new notes would have circulated , even POS don't have the new money , these things are poorly planned CBN and FG failed woefully yes you collected old notes give us new notes you refuse

Nigerians are running and shouting all over the place that they are suffering because of non availability of the new Naira notes that banks and ATMs are not dispensing, now some governors won an injunction to alleviate your so called suffering and you are still mad and upset, you still don't want your suffering to be alleviated.

It's either many of you are hypocrites, disingenuous, liars or just too odiously political and tribal to even see what's in your own best interest.

The governors have no problem securing the new notes and they are definitely not suffering because of the new notes, they are not the one lining up for hours trying to withdraw money from the ATM or fighting in banking halls, you are so how are they your problem?

Is the misguided and incompetently created and administered policy the governors policy?

The governors are not the problem, people like you are really the problem because you can not see or reason beyond your nose.

My brother God bless you. These guys are just block heads.

El Rufai organized a meeting in Kaduna yesterday and urged the people to continue using the old naira notes. He told them Tinubu would review the policy when he wins but people thought he was kidding. Now I see.

Kogi, Zamfara and Kaduna which made this move are all states governed by APC. We now know the party that has the interest of the common man at heart. This thing would pain those who thought they could win elections by inflicting pains on the masses.

God bless incoming President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The judgement is in order..When there's dispute between a state and the federal government, it's the supreme court that is meant to pass judgement on it.
