In the estate where I built my house in lagos, a land was sold for 4m naira when we moved there in 2009 as tenants. A few years later, it jumped up to 16m naira, in less than 7 years. One of the greatest mistake i made was not investing enough in landed property ,when i had over 9 digits in my bank.
