So, because you are wishing to be loved, she should endure that which doesn't give her peace of mind? undecided

You should please seek mental health counseling to figure out why you feel any kind of attention that pretends to be love is good enough for you. undecided

As a Christian, am only saying that the love for her husband is good and that she should pray for her husband to change. A prayer said with love is easily answered. As for me I only wish I could be loved by my wife. To be loved by a wife gives a man wings.

Who will be the one to answer this prayer? undecided

Is it the same God that said your marriages are of this world and not of the Kingdom of God? Or are we talking also of the same God who said He does not answer the prayers of sinners? undecided

You folks like to whip up God's mention anyhow without first considering whether it makes sense to mention Him or not in the situation. Unbelievers also love in their marriages , so it is flawed to assume love automagically means God is in a situation. undecided

Does she need consent from the other side if she wants out of the relationship? Marriage is not a prison sentence of any kind. undecided

I understand this Gen Z generation and the desire to move from one place to another, theres usually no willingness to work things out, but to move around. I wish her well too.

Leave Gen Z out of this abeg! Divorce has been around since even the time of your forefathers so let's not pretend this has to do with willingness to work things out. undecided

Also, divorce is also a solution in marriage. undecided

She stated she has children
If she doesn't have any child, she should just work on herself and find peace

You answered the question already. Some are facing similar challenges and more, especially when the union hasn't produced any child.

Meanwhile it's just one side of the whole story. If you really want peace in your home and not looking for any excuse to bailout, sit down with your husband and make things work. Am not one of those people who will just believe the man is bad.

I am also not the type to believe that the woman is bad. Just like you rightly pointed out, they both have to sit down to make things work. It might even be misunderstanding by both parties that is making them to rub off on each other the wrong way.

Well, maybe its common among your people. Where I come from, women who get divorced are usually hoes who are known to be public Properties (You know what i mean), and they're VERY FEW. Most times, as their peers ostracize them due to advise from their husbands, it doesn't take long before they leave the town. Widows are respected. Young are given proper upbringing, they're made to understand that their body is for their husbands alone, failure to keep themselves will make them end up like those FEW rejected women that NO MAN wants to ever be with.

Interesting info still. It's best to avoid the "independent" women then, because it's apparent from your comment that their quest for resource control has nothing to do with getting a better life for themselves, but due to a deep seated hatred they've had nurturing against men.
Well if that's what you understand by what I stated, all the best to you.
A man should provide for his family, if he is not capable of providing, the woman can step in
What is so difficult to understand here?

1. Do raising children in unhealthy marriage situations such as the one you advised not hurt them just as much? undecided

2. She said a lot by indicating that she currently does not have peace of mind. Do you know what it is like to not have peace of mind in a relationship— any relationship? undecided

If you're advice to her is to leave the marriage, you can advise that way
I have given my own opinion, which worked for some hard hearted women, not for everyone

Consult elders in your church or mosque

Worst advice ever.

These elders are people who are largely illiterate in counseling, but are ready to use religion and their interpretation of it to shake and oppress people who put their trust in them.

1. I am very much well aware of how your forefathers, and fathers as well, conveniently demonized and even ostracized their women who went against their will while they themselves tool the pleasure of abandoning their own women whenever they liked without consequence. It was all about them and them alone. undecided

2. Their body is for their husbands? Are the husbands raised with the same rigid rules? Ofcourse not! Anywho, what you see happening today are failures that have resulted from the rigid one-sided approach to managing society that your forefathers and fathers before you had in place for at least the last 60 - 80 years. undecided

1. I don't need to advise her to leave as she knows what she needs to do. undecided

2. Your advice does nor work for anyone though because in order to say something has worked, one needs to be able to prove it benefited all parties involved in some way. But when only the one side or no side benefits then it can't be considered a true solution, can it? undecided

That's your own opinion
It must not benefit both parties for it to work, at least it kept the woman at peace with themselves

If it doesn't benefit both parties then it ceases to be a marriage --- an agreement between a man and a woman --- right? undecided

Abi you don't like my black gbola again? 🙄

By the time i hold and bend you over, pull up your dress, yank down your panties and penetrate those two lips hanging down in between your thighs with my plump, strong and fleshy gbola, you will enter a state of what you will know as paradise on earth.

It's ok if you scream my name as side effect of the boundless joy and pleasure you will derive.
At the height of it, your body will shiver, sweat and your legs loose standing composure while you eject fluid from your glory area in jet streams from time to time until you beg me to stop. But thats when it will get interesting kiss
