Secondly, employment into public offices in Lagos is done on a man-no-man basis, instead of merit-based. Just obtain a letter from one baalę or a political figure and you have the job. Those BRT drivers are reformed moluę drivers mainly recruited with the aid of the oluomo boys who broke away from the NURTW. People should just take a look at those buses when ambode brought them in and how their looks are now...in barely 4 years.
