Please, I strongly need a detailed breakdown of Estonoa scholarship. I want to apply but, I don't fully have a grasp of its requirements. I transitioned into Tech (Data science) to be precise early last year and I have not been able to get a place for internship (though it was self-taught) . I did little research on countries that are good in Tech programmes and ESTONIA made the list. Please anyone that can guide me on this path is high welcomed!
