Its men...because men put emotions aside meanwhile women hardly know how to set emotions apart while doing work or business...which is bad for business

If it requires, physical energy I will give it to men, but mentally you can't predict between the gender

I believe men are more productive at work than women but it is because of biological reasons than intellectually capabilities.

Innovation,improvision,intuitiveness,risk,courage,brute force has to go with men.
Multitasking,attention to detail,leave it for women.
My judgement from experience by the way.

Productivity has nothing to do with gender but with character!

We have unproductive men as we have unproductive women!

This ain't a question, it depends on personality and outside that owing to the fact that men don't go for maternity leave, this have place them above the female counterparts, which is one of the challenges encountered by female folks productivity that could happen when they are highly needed.

Let us put this way, the lady is employed and she takes six months to be reviewed and made a permanent staff. She then gets pregnant and starts delivering less than half her time because of her condition. She goes on leave after 9months of limited production and spends 3 months at home nursing and baby sitting. She comes back to the office after 3 months and is allowed break time to suckle the baby and then close earlier than usual. By the time you are done cumulating all of these, how many months will the lady be working for you in the circle of three years.

Productivity at work depends on nature of job, passion for job, the environment, colleagues and bosses, pay package, personal goals and expectations, etc. It has nothing to do with gender.

Some have argued that when if it requires a lot of physical contribution, men tends to be more productive than men...

And are you trying to insinuate that a man is more productive than a woman at work?

There's a reason you wouldn't find a woman selling suya at the junction , you wouldn't find a woman working as a NEPA official going about , climbing ladders to cut people's light and you still wouldn't find a woman driving a Dangote truck .

But any work populated by women , check well , the best people in that field are actually Men eg Catering, Hair stylists, make up etc

Give them the position and test their productivity in 1or 2 months.
