Number one I didnt say in all areas I mean generally speaking...the kind of work too is also a factor

For example working with young children women flow better.

But there are men who work with little children quite well.

Every gender is capable of the same things career wise. That's why there's more quota filling going on.

There are female gatemen but the are usually employed by companies that employ and deploy corporate guards to companies that are their clients

But instinctively, I believe I will employ a male instead of a female.

Unless the job is gender specific.

It depends on the kind of work.

Men of course, women have alot to deal with, like monthly cramps, pregnancy, easily get stressed and less passionate, especially if her husband is rich.
