U need to understand the financial system. Cashless policy is not a Nigerian or alien concept it is done is most civilised nations to either prevent financal crimes and where they cannot be prevent they are traceable.

I assure u the program/policy was successful. Criminal transactions gave been traced.

So CBNs naira redesign prevented vote buying but couldn't prevent state rec buying and thug buying. Isn't that the most stupid thing? Why couldn't the naira redesign stop buying of state RECs and thugs?

When did it become the job of CBN to stop vote buying?
