If not, people can simply go pick forms for all elective offices at the same time,anyone wey enter ,na the person luck be that. Section 299 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

For Tinubu to escape the 25% FCT albatross, he will have to prove to the courts that our constitution is not written in clear English but in Yoruba or Portuguese.

The 25% FCT clause is very clear and unambiguous in its constitutional lexicon. However his lawyers decide to twist it, the truth will remain standing erect like the penis of Priapus the Greek god.

They never envisaged that APC will score below 25% in Abuja, so they did not prepare their rigging arsenal to conjure results as they did in other states. Now they are hooked and trying to stand simple logic and grammar in its head. We await the response of their "structure" in the judiciary and see how they spin it.
