In this old video interview in February 24 2023, a day before the 2023 Presidential election, Mike Igini, a form INEC Resident Electoral commissioner, a day before 2023 presidential election said INEC should come out clear now and tell the world that before any Presidential candidate can be declared winner, that he must get 25% votes in Abuja aside getting 25% in at least 24 states.

When he said this on national TV, nobody, even current INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu refuted this statement.

Shame unto INEC and every Nigerian supporting this evil APC government angry

Obi should have appealed the election results in the court of Mike Igini.

Maybe Mike Igini wrote the Nigerian constitution.

The number one enemy of Democracy in Nigeria is State Governors.

Virtually all the state Governors rigged their state elections even though youths tried to stop them.

But FCT escaped APC massive rigging because it has no Governor.

Dear INEC, APC & Bola Tinubu, there's no way Nigeria's constitution will be suspended because of one man, that will be destroying Nigeria's future.

2023 Presidential election must be canceled because the Presidential election tribunal act states that one of the reasons for a Presidential election to be canceled is if INEC didn't follow electoral act or INEC election guidelines.

Now look at the attached images below and judge.

The world is watching Nigeria's Supreme Court.

I desperately want Peter Obi to win in the courts, but that "...and 25% of votes in FCT" provision was settled in the Supreme Court in 2003. FCT is recognized as a state by the constitution. This is precisely what the tribunal would judge on that matter.

No other interpretation, the words are unambiguous.

299. The provisions of this Constitution shall apply to the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja as if it were one of the States of the Federation; and accordingly -

(a) all the legislative powers, the executive powers and the judicial powers vested in the House of Assembly, the Governor of a State and in the courts of a State shall, respectively, vest in the National Assembly, the President of the Federation and in the courts which by virtue of the foregoing provisions are courts established for the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja;

(b) all the powers referred to in paragraph (a) of this section shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution; and

(c) the provisions of this Constitution pertaining to the matters aforesaid shall be read with such modifications and adaptations as may be reasonably necessary to bring them into conformity with the provisions of this section.

The Judas must run:

“That the petition of the Labor party as frivolous & incompetent, stating that disqualification factors as stipulated by the Constitution only conceives of a conviction sentence or fine involving dishonesty or fraud or contravention of the Code of Conduct as found by a Court of the law of competent jurisdiction or Tribunal in Nigeria,” it added.

While urging the court to strike out petitions against Tinubu, the APC argued that Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party, who alleged that Tinubu was convicted for drug-related case, lacked the requisite locus standi to challenge the outcome of the presidential election.

Insisting that Obi was not validly nominated by the LP, the APC, stressed that he was not a member of the party, at least 30 days before it conducted its presidential primary election.

It told the court that Obi was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, till May 24 2022, adding that he was screened as a presidential aspirant of the party in April, 2022.

APC further averred that whereas Obi joined the LP on May 27, he was subsequently declared the winner of the presidential primary election the LP held on May 30, 2022.

“By section 77(3) of the Electoral Act, 2022, the 2nd Petitioner (LP) is mandated to have submitted its comprehensive register of members to the 1st Respondent 30 days before its presidential primary.

“That is to say the said register of members must have been submitted to the 1st Respondent on or before 30th April, 2022.

“The 1st Petitioner (Obi) as at 30th April, 2022 was still a member of the PDP and his name was not and could not have been in the register of members submitted by the 2nd Petitioner to 1st Respondent (INEC).

“The Petition herein is incompetent as the 1st Petitioner is not a member of the 2nd Petitioner since the 1st Petitioner’s name is not, and could have been listed in the list of the register made available by the 2nd Petitioner to the 1st Respondent, same having been made available before the 1st Petitioner joined the 2nd Petitioner”.

It, therefore, prayed the court to dismiss or strike out Obi’s petition “wholly or in part as may be appropriate”.

Pls will obi be declared winner of the just concluded election if he wins the case in court or there will be a fresh election.

And if there is a fresh election btw Atiku and obi, do you think obi will win?

I wonder why some people think that God is from their village, and he will only answer their own prayers.

Unfortunately, these idiots forget that definitely God must have love Emilokan Tinubu more than any other African. If not, why is Tinubu moving higher and higher despite the gang up against him over the years? Where are the other 35 state governors that ruled when Tinubu was ruling Lagos? Sine are dead, others are forgotten.

I am therefore surprised that several idiots keep cursing their generations thinking that they are cursing the Jagaban Borgu
