Yes once the outcome is not what you expect, the judgement becomes biased. You think the world revolve around you. Unfortunately, it doesn't

Not exactly boss. We will read the judgment. That will determine. If it does not show signs of compromise, we will accept it in good faith. We are law abiding citizens

Obi should have appealed the election results in the court of Mike Igini.

Maybe Mike Igini wrote the Nigerian constitution.

The Constitution stated it clearly.

Tinubu is a ripper.

He's an illegitimate President-Elect.

What is holding the supreme Court to refute the claim of Abuja 25%?

Abi Day never break? Make una dey play😂

You sound kind of reasonable.

Pls will obi be declared winner of the just concluded election if he wins the case in court or there will be a fresh election.

And if there is a fresh election btw Atiku and obi, do you think obi will win?

I am fully Obidient, but I honestly think Peter Obi has a very, very slim chance at winning his case in court. His prayers are not as potent as I expected them to be. Here are a few things I think: 1) The drug case, at best, would be thrown back to High court for deliberation and judgement. If you consider the amount of time it would take for that case to travel from the HC to the SC, it would be better to assume at the moment that it is void. (2) 25% FCT votes was decided in 2003 in the Buhari vs Obasanjo litigation. The SC stated that the FCT was to be be treated as a state in voting considerations. Obj didn't get 25% in Abuja in 2003 and was sworn in.

(3) The case of electoral malpractice is ambiguous. But, this, I think is where Obi just might get a favourable call. But it's difficult yet. Why? Any claim as to the use of the IREV to transmit results is DOA. The trick was already played in the Electoral Act (as amended). INEC, in spite of what it says in its guidelines, can choose to transmit results using any mode they prefer, and it would be lawful. Also, the Act states it pretty clear that collation would be done using the various ECs forms. And considering the courts hold INEC's position on election matters as near sacrosanct, it would be difficult to beat them on a good day. Be that as it may I am, however, hopeful, because the election was severely flawed.

I don't envisage any scenario where Tinubu is removed, honestly. At best votes may be cancelled in affected PUs, and with the margin Tinubu has, he most likely wins in that scenario, too. It is really difficult. It may take a miracle, but gladly miracles exist. We have reason to hope.

You are wrong, in the case between Buhari and Obasanjo, Supreme Court ruled that 25% votes is needed in Abuja.

Obi's case is watertight, it will only take a super corrupt supreme court for Tinubu to scale through.

Obi filed for Tinubu's disqualification on 3 grounds, namely:

1.) Drug case in US

2.) Shettima having double nomination as Senator ane Running mate to Tinubu.

3.) Forged educational qualifications aka perjury where Tinubu first lied that he attended a school in Lagos but ended up changing it to not attending Primary and Secondary school due to family poverty yet he claims to be the son of Alhaja Abibatu Tinubu a rich ťrader.

He then filed for INEC to delcare him winner cos he scored the highest votes if INEC count the actual votes cast with proofs.

He also filed for election cancelation because:

4.) INEC not following their own election guidelines.

5.) 25% votes in Abuja

6.) Rigging and overvoting in some PUs
