Many people around the world share the sentiment of bastardized perception of religion (ie as human institutions of control) that is popular today and sticking to what religion basically is - a way of worship - it appears God has some business in religion. Not all religion though, True Religion (ie the right way to worship the true God). True Religion is Theocratic not man-made. God only approves of one Religion. True Worship is done in spirit and truth (John 4:24). Jesus was actually the one who made this statement. He also stated that he was the only way to His Father. Thus “One Religion” is Christianity. Today though, many people profess to be Christians. How does one sift the false from the true? If true worshippers must worship the true God in spirit and truth, doesn't it follow that true worshippers should first of all know who the true God is? Does it appear to you that the churches of Christendom know and worship the true God talk more of in spirit and in truth? Can one worship in truth when he doesn't even know the truth about the God he is serving? Do the teachings of the churches of Christendom genuinely reflect the truth from the Bible? Mind you worshipping in spirit and truth is not something that is done individually. Jesus said “true worshippers” not true worshipper so he had a community of like worshippers in mind, worshipping the true God together not scattered in the fragmented churches of Christendom. Jesus also said he would build a Ecclesia. Transliterated ecclesia which means “congregation” or “assembly”. This also demonstrates that the true worshippers Jesus spoke of would congregate together. In this light, the fragmented churches of Christendom can not all practice the true Religion. You have a personal responsibility to look for the ecclesia of True Worshippers and affiliate yourself with them. The Scriptures teach that there is only one path/road/way to God. That way is Christ and the way of worship, True Christianity (John 14:6; Acts 9:2; 19:9, 23; 22:4; 24:22; 2 Peter 2:2).
