This morning i was arranging some clothes in my box when i felt this sudden sharp pain at my lower back, the left side. At first, i thought it was just a normal fatigue due to yesterday work. But the pain refuse to go, i can not stand or bend properly without the pain increasing. I cant even sit down, i have to lie down flat on my back to reduce the pain.

It hasn't happen before?

It actually depends on the potency of the herb. If you get a very potent herb, then you are looking at below 6 hrs.

I would say you should visit the hospital, but it’s obvious you won’t do it until confined to a wheel chair. Go and take drugs plus herbs, make the situation worsen pass wetin happen.

I do take sugar / high sugar content foods and drinks on a daily basis. But how does it cause this sudden pain

lol thanks bro, i was thinking of going for check up tomorrow. But after taking the herbs, the pain have reduced significantly to only throbbing when i stress my back. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow.

Please don't use pain medication, go to the hospital immediately to do a thorax and abdominal assessment, and scan so they could find out the issue with you.
