The north call's out Thier governor's more than the East does, even Thier Senator's and Rep's, they even pelt them with satchet water and stones.

Believe me North East & North West governor's are doing great in terms of infrastructures just that there's no much publicity. Borno government that has been battling insurgency since 2009, Thier governor's have performed far better than some states in the east.
Painting state capital is not infrastructure. Governor of a state is not city Mayor. The SE governor focus on comprehensive statewide development in all sectors, northerners are only good at beutify few places in the capital

I was in Alhambra in December mainly during 27 - 4th of January. I was so impressed with the hours of light they enjoyed. I am looking at relocating there next year.

My friend was a dry cleaner but was living comfortabl in a flat. His neighbor was a keke napep driver and he too stays in a flat. It made me have a rethink. Maybe I just dey suffer myself for Lagos. Mind you, I and my friend graduated same year.

grin grin grin grin no, dey there make pant dey wear you grin grin grin

Living in Lagos is like being a career footballer or musician. YOu could become very wealthy if you make a hit or remain a pauper for life.

If you're not earning up to 200k monthly in Lagos, and there is no sure way of increasing your earnings steadily, then better relocate to East.

There are many people that allowed the Lagos illusion to ruin their careers. They kept earning marginally only to spend all on rent, transportation and feeding. Before they knew it, years went by and they achieved nothing!

At least, you can see the quality of life your peers who are doing low level work are living. Before you know it, they will scale up by adding other hustles. After my NYSC, I joined the Lagos rush but barely a year or so later, I left Lagos in 2014 back to the East, after I realized that readily available jobs are worthless. To worsen things, there is housing crises and transportation nightmare. I subleted my self con apartment and sold my properties to the guy and told the landlord I was going for my masters. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I most likely won't have achieved all I have now if I didn't make that move.

If you're a low income earner, being close to your roots makes things easier for you.

He saved money when his people were dying of hunger... When Anambra was in an infrastructural decay.
Dying of hunger, are you for real? As for infrastructure, there is something called prioritization. Demographia has rated Onitsha as largest urban area by landmass because Peter Obi prioritized inter connectivity of numerous Anambra densly populated towns. These places have now merged together into a very large cornubation. Obi started work on Onitsha City center in his second tenure. The multi laned super highway in Onitsha can only be compred with Kubwa expressway in Abuja, no other road come close

If truly, Obi improved Anambra, how come there wasn't any substantial IGR increase in Anambra in his 8 years?
Common sense should tell you that development brings investment... And investment will bring more revenue to the State through taxes and other things..
So how come Anambra revenue increase in Peter Obi's 8 years was less than a billion.
That means only few investments entered the State in those years.

U are an agent of darkness.

I live and work in the north,I talk based on the situation on ground. Calling for what would enhance the people is what I stand for.

Has religion not divided u people enough...it is talk like this that makes people like u mentally stucked to the old ways.

I have never seen a developing nation in Africa who spends money sending his people for pilgrimage but education, scientific invention. The number of people sent for pilgrimage in one year can feed and enhance the education of the poor in the entire North.

U guys have been praying for the past centuries yet,u are still the most wicked nation on earth. With human development index at a horrible figure even with the essential mineral resources in the nation.

Well, for me I still stand by what I said earlier on,I like good things and I can say it once more, that the only region capable of calling their governors to order are the people of the south east region.

Speaking the truth do not kill.
your claims are opposite of reality on ground or is that what it was meant to achieve?
i have lived both in the north part of nigeria and i am a frequent visitor to the east.
apart from one or two states in the north west, there is no state in this same south east that compares to north western states abi you no dey waka for north wey you dey?

how come some of the worse governors are fro this same east with just five states?
how come the likes of ikpeazu and his enugu counterpart did two terms comfortably?
how come peter, who by nigeria standard performed at best averagely but to my standard he performed woefully as a governor is being tountd as the best thing to happen to south east politics?

on the contrary the south eastern parts covers and defends the stupidity of their politicians the most in nigeria.
at least i have seen were states governors are being petted in the north.
