There was a time when GTB was the institution to bank with, but these days they have turned to collecting people's money without getting the service they paid for.

Go to Twitter and see complaints upon complaints. People asking for their refunds for over two months! Call their customer care line you won't get through. Chat them on Twitter they will not respond, all you get is their auto responder telling you to send them dm.

I made a transaction on my GOTV. I got debited but after contacting DStv they told me they didn't receive the money. So where is the money hanging?
