Following the Kuti case, it can be seen that Seun has suffered more than one week "punishment" for his offence of assault.

Whereas, the "just is" for assault under Law (also proclaimed by legal), is damages.

However, it is seen that he is caught up in a vengeance, vendetta mission and the police have been 'taking the Law into their hands" (as they always say) which they call self help.

Thus, right now, the police have been self helping themselves and giving themselves just is, because of Seun's assault. And no one has stopped them. Not even the court of legal, if anything, the court shows that it is not a court of Law.

For, if it was a court of Law, it would immediately know that now the police is the one committing several occasions of assault upon Seen and even now has extended it to Seun's family.

Seun only assaulted one man, but now the police have assaulted Seun, his wife, his house etc.

And of course all this is not permitted under Law, for the first Law is that the police can no longer prosecute this matter since it is a party itself, under their so called self help.

It is exactly as how they say that because a person attacks you with a bottle, you can not be the one to kill the assailant. They say you should come to them for justice. Of which this stands because they are not a party to the dispute and it is The Law that judges and prosecutors should not be a party to a suit under the Law of fair hearing. "Nemo judex in causa sua"/Audi alterem partem.

The police violate this rule for they are both party and prosecutor of this case, which is a very very wrong and a fundamental breach of Seun's rights and the rights of Seun's family.

This is a gross violation of Rights and miscarriage of just is and assault as committed by the police upon Seun and his family leading to Seun being punished for an offence even before the court punishes him, if at all the court would have punished him.

Thus, the police has seized jurisdiction from the courts and have been "taking law into their own hands" by punishing him through torture via handcuffs, public embarrassment and ridicule through parading him alongside other criminals, still moving forward to "in prison" him even before the court hears the matter ... and the violation is endless.

Thus, Seun has already suffered more than double jeopardy and Is now entitled to be released immediately without further prosecution or persecution and it is his turn now to sue the police for the gross violation of his natural rights.

If his advocates had known that Law is not the same as legal and that legal is a fake weak law which is why it is always doing injustice, maybe since Monday, the case would have been transferred to another independent and impartial body for due prosecution, if they think fit.

I can't be foolish and disrespectful like Seun, I have alway been fair and considerate to people including my tenants.
