Did the APC go against Section 35 of the Electoral Act 2022 when they nominated Shettima, who was already an APC candidate for the Borno Central Senatorial District for the 2023 general elections, as the running mate to Tinubu?

The case can go both ways as the issue of locus standi has never been decided at the supreme court. Zamfara case was thrown out over technicalities of originating summon. Also, Ebonyi case was dismissed because petition was filed out of time.
Two occasions can warrant voiding of candidature. Nomination from two parties and nomination for more than one constituency. I doubt if someone can be off the hook for being nominated for more than one constituency on the ground that the petitioner is not an aspirant of the party.

To be honest supporting APC is a very, very difficult affair.

Can you disqualify someone after they have already contested the election?
Illiteracy is a big problem in Nigeria.
All post election matters are decided by the tribunal and all pre election matters are dismissed after the election.
