Confession doesn't mean the priest will pray in order for your sins to be forgiven but rather a counselling and at the end you are asked to go and pray and also, he will pray for you as well. The priest are human being that can falls into temptation. They don't pretend to be pastors that keep on making fake declaration up and down.

This was how I went to seek advice from a pastor friend of mine. The next Sunday I went to his church to worship, he didn't know I was in the congregation. This dude used my predicament to preach, though he didn't mention my name. He poured out everything I said word for word. Right from that day I stopped going to any pastor for advise.
